The « France fights on » Path is incredibly poor and really needs event to be played without cheatcodes and to be interesting.
My suggestion are based and/or inspired by the AH book “1940: la France continue la guerre”.

All the suggestion comes after the player choose « France fights on » Path.

-Move some IC to Algier. 5 to 10 IC + some supplies and oil.

-Some change in the government are needed, with an dedicaced even:
HOS: Paul Reynaud
HOG: Leon Blum
Foreign Minister: Paul Reynaud
Armament Minister: Raoul Dautry
Minister of Security: Georges Mandel
Chief of Staff: Charles de Gaulle
Chief of the Army: Charles de Gaulle
Chief of the Navy: François Darlan
Chief of the Air Force: Antoine de Saint Exupéry

-An event where France move is Gold stock to the US to finance is war. Result in a big income for Money for France.

- An event where USA give some IC to France. 30 IC would be nice.

-If France fights on, it should be given the possibility to refuse to give Indochina to Japan. Japan will declare war on France when attacking USA, UK, DEI in 1941.

-If France and UK fight together their objective would be:
Kick the Italians out of Africa.
Invade Sardinia.
Send to troops in Greece (if at war with the Axis).

-With the fall of the Italian in Africa. Germany would send the “AfricaKorps” in the Balkan.

-When USA enters in the war they could give some additional IC to France. Maybe 20.

-When ready to liberate France the Allies would probably start in the south “Dragoon” first and Normandy “Overlord” after.

If China is still in the war:
-Nationalist China could receive some IC form the US or maybe join the Alliance. After the liberation of Europe Patton is sent in China with an ArmDiv and InfDiv to help the Chinese.

I don't really think USA giving IC to France is very plausible, at least not immediately. Perhaps when the US enters the war some IC could be set up in the form of Lend-Lease. But definitely not a total of 50, which is not in any way plausible or even feasible. (Would Americans really donate the Frenchies a number of factories equal to one-tenth of their industrial capacity?) Free units from the U.S. is more plausible and actually more or less historical, so perhaps a couple of armoured and mechanized divisions could really spawn at Algiers. This would give the French player something to tinker with.

Event for the transfer of industry from Europe to Africa is far more plausible and something like 5 IC could be moved from the French southern coast to Algiers. One could even justify making Algeria national provinces of France, given the fact it belonged to the metropolitan France, government-wise.
