France - Egypt - Colonial War with Ottoman

Hello,

I was in a colonial war with Egypt (playing France) and and we were kicking Ottomans butt.

Egypt decides to sue for peace leaving me in a Colonial War. I Sue for Peace with no demands and get rejected. I still own a few pieces of land. I tried demand tribute and that rejected too.

How can I end the war at least at Status Quo with Ottoman as I should not lose here as Ottoman were almost dead before Egypt bailed and gave everything back.

Try to catch one or two pieces of land (Rodos, for example). If they reject it, write in the console (F12) "neville", and the Otoman Empire must accepts your peace!.

I am not sure what you mean by this. Are you saying I can press <F12>, then type 'neville' and Ottoman Empire will accept peace?

You will have to turn the cheat off again by typing in neville again, or else all deals that anyone in the game makes will be at 100% acceptance for the rest of the game session.

That is what I wanted to hear. I hate cheating, but after trying every possible combination the only way I was going to get out of that war was an all out takeover
which would have been ridiculous after Egypt gave back all of Africa and Iraq, while we were almost into Turkey when Egypt bailed. I will shoot Ali Pasha next time I see him.
