Description​

Jean-Marie Abrial is my default chief of Navy (expert, +0.3 XP/day).
But the same Abrial can be promoted through XP: the latter can be used at his full potential (up to +0.4 XP/day). But we have to replace the old Abrial with the new Abrial. Awkward. Also note the name change: was Jean-Marie Abrial as initial chief of navy setup, becomes Jean-Marie CHARLES Abrial if we pick him from the admiral roster.

Steps to Reproduce​

Pick Jean-Marie Abrial as Chief of Navy.
Pick Jean-Marie CHARLES Abrial as admiral of one of the fleet. Fight and gain XP with this fleet. Promote Jean-Marie CHARLES Abrial to Commerce Raiding to genius chief of navy.
Now we can pick 2 different Abrial as Chief of Navy for same Commerce Raiding specialty.
