France and Austria in EEP

Okay everyone this is the first time I;ve been to EEP and haven't shopped around yet. But my question is:

Has the extremely annoying bug f France and Austria (these are the major ones, but other countries take part too) diplo-annexing everything? I believe that I would download this in a minute if this was fixed. So far this is the most annoying bug so far that i have found in the game. Any answers appreciated. TY.

This is essentally a feature in the game engine and not anything we can change.
