France 1939 OOB wrong, General Billotte missing

I have checked 1939 campaign with France and there are errors in OOB. Also 1st Army Group commander is totally missing from leader pool. Please make few corrections. These are not major problems, but it would nice to have real OOBs. I don't care if there aren't same number of divisions, but armies should have been deployed to right place and each army should have real Generals. It's an easy fix anyway.

In fact, many are missing.
On the other hand, some Free French are in the list... but historically subaltern officers or even NCOs ; ww1 generals too.
I think the problem for Paradox was to find datas and photos.
I understood it when writing my own 'fall Gelb' scenario. It was necessary to complete the france.csv file and add photos.

I don't understand that it is me who have made all those files and pics and as L1 something (Billotte) I have used exactly that pic.
