I noticed this when assigning the same tutor from the royal household to rear two of the country's three dukes, both of them children under 14, both of them from the same dynasty as the royal house, as was the tutor (although they were all only distantly related).
There already exists a mentor modifier, and guardian and ward can become friends as it is. It would be great to have something for fellow wards of the same tutor.
