Have you at all considered checking if the British and French are willing to make peace, they have after all lost quite a bit land? This would after all free some of our troops from garrision duty.
So what if the Turks gets control over Russian land, better them than the Russians themselves.
Persia, is quite risky, it would means that we double the border that we have to defend. I would only consider it if the Japanese takes British India. What is the situation in the Pacfic theater? I haven't got any news at all about the Japanese.
I also consider it vital that we makes a decision about our East African policy now.

As expected the push into mesopotamia went smoothlessly and we now have the oil needed to build armored troops and fuel our navy and airforce, we may even be able to give something to our German allies to help their effort against Russia since we don't spend that much at this moment.

I sit here on the Persian border and I urge you to decide on a strike trough Peria ASAP. That will give us two short borders against Russia and force them to relocate their troops. We may even take them by surprise with an offensive trough Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan (ooc. unsure about English spellings there...).

The rest of our recources should be spent on securing the east African front so we can free forces from that front later.

Il Duce this is not a concern to me. We also most have everything that we started the war needing and wanting. I feel we need to strike at the Caucuses with the sole purpose of knocking the soviets out of the war. If taking Persia first would secure our own supply lines better then so be it" /ooc would this get around the Turks getting the conquered Soviet provinces?

Yes you are probable right Ricardo, we have our North African Empire now and enought oil to fuel our industry. Plus Persia will serve as a good buffer between us and the British. We must not get too carried away with our conquests, we still need to reinforce East Africa else the British might threaten the Suez again. If we can do this and strike at the Soviets via Turkey then so be it at least our allies will be the stronger for it.

-We have a now a total of 202 IC, but we can use only 177 of that (Industries operate at half efficiency if "occupied"). our 1936 Ic base is ~104, our effective Ic growth is ~70%, our absolute growth ~100%.

Il Duce as we are a mostly Infantry based Army, and if you have no desire to change that I would recommend that we concentrate on Land and Artillery techs. What else we can spare should go to the airforce.

"Yes your tanks are outdated but to put all of our tech efforts into equipment that will only benefit 2 divisions in not worth while now is it? It would be more attractive if we could build more armoured Divisions or re-equip our cavalry divisions with tanks (ooc: if this is indeed possible) it would be more appealing. Il DUce and Gentlemen,

My thanks for the quick redeployment of Flotillas A and B to Portugal. My men's morale has increased already (in part I am sure to the hospitality of the women of the area!) and they are finding more british MCSs to sink and do so with glee. However, Flotillas C and D are still getting little results and I ask you to redeploy them to the east where they can work much better in destroying the remains of the Russian Black Sea Fleet (in conjunction with our Air Fleets). Deploying my submarines to the far east would be a mistake. For they are old out dated boats and would have to travel very far when they get damaged to seek repairs.

I ask that you build me at least one new Flotilla of modern submarines, and then once those are built...take one Flotilla off active duty and upgrade it. Starting with Flotilla A (use the new submarine Flotilla "E" to replace it...and so forth) and working our way through our fleet. I have heard grumblings as to our need to further reduce the enemies supply of his eastern resources...with the eastern oil fields now in our hands that has made his other holdings of oil even more valuable now! And even more important for my submarines to be able to efficiently intercept them.

I believe we must research (after submarines) winter clothing for our troops (If we have not already). I traveled once to Russia in the winter. Gentlemen...I have seen boiling water freeze just by tossing a cup full of it into the air. It freezes before it hits the ground! If we are going to engage the bear...we must make sure that our troops will not freeze to death b/c we did not think of it. If we do not have this clothing...then it takes priority even over my submarines. We have done without for so long now...I will explain to my men the reasons for the delay...not one of them will complain I am sure of that!
