Forward Airbase / Auto-rebase option

An option for area missions- auto-rebase. As the front moves forward, air units rebase automatically.
Criteria:
1. New base provide must be either one province from front or contain at least 1 allied division.
2. Rebase must not cause ORG to drove below minimum specified for mission.

Area mission would then auto-reassign to area further along.

I don't understand, you mean that the mission auto-rebase should only occur when you assign an air unit a mission that excedes it's reach?

The air units are assigned a normal Area / Region mission eg interdiction etc. As the front line moves away from the airbase and therefore the area of the mission disappears - (eg no point having an interdiction mission over land which has been conquered and doesn't have any enemy units) the air units automatically rebase to an airbase closer to the front - thus maintaining their mission in above enemy territory.
