I noticed that the upvote and downvote system is most easily accessible from the thread list. You really don't have to read anything but the titles to upvote or downvote.
This kind of sucks because i suspect a lot of people are muddying things up by just reading titles and upvoting/downvoting without even acknowledging the thread.
At least with agrees and disagrees they have to be on the post itself.
