I upgraded to zee colonel edition on steam cause i thought why not, just wondering how to get the 'colonel forum icon' or whatever, same with the wallpapers and all that. pls help and danke.

You've already got the icon- it's the one right next to your TfV icon. Wallpapers are probably listed with the rest of your DLC in your Steam Library or they're accessible from your Paradox Account under Downloads.
