there has been one a long time ago (well, one year ) but too many people used it and it caused the server to be saturated too often so they (the admins) removed it. some months after they put it back but again the server crashed often so they again removed it.

paradoxplaza.com wouldn't be your best bet. Try europa-universalis.com or forums.paradoxplaza.com.

It seems to slow down the server immensely every time it's reintroduced for a short while, so that's probably it.
Any particular reason for digging up this 3½ year old thread?
