OOC: IIRC the Germans asked for permission to transit on July 28th, the Belgians said no, then Germany declared war on the 4th; since they were going with the Schlieffen plan already they had to invade, with or without a proper ultimatum. So they just declared war

Edit: If you've got stats up, send me in orders. Bulgaria, Brazil, Argentina, and Portugal can either go ahead, or wait for their stats. Then I will commence to write the update...although things are a bit shaky for me right now. I might be gone for several days, although all is unsure at the current moment.
