Argentina

The recent developments involving the liberal movements are deeply concerning, prompting a rethink on much of our poilicy. We must stop all persecution, uphold the right to free speach and become a more open society. Our actions have been totally deplorable and shall end. This I guareentee.

It is with this in mind that great reforms shall be carried our in the coming year. The old constitution is herby scrapped, with Juan Bautista Allberdis constitution being implemented immediately. After the constitution has been successfully implemented, elections shall be held. All male citizens above the age of 20 may vote. I shall not run in the election.

The military will uphold the constitution, the election result and defend the rights of the people. The citizens who fled are invited back, with your safety and rights guarenteed.

Lastly, I send a message to Chile. We offered you a hand in friendship, hoping that we could work and cooperate together to benifit our people and South America. However, you threw it back at us, selling our land to foreign powers. Your actions and insults shall not be forgotten.

Until then, the Chilean diplomatic mission in Buenos Aires has been recalled and the Argentine embassy is give 2 weeks to leave Santiago.

We ask that an unbiased investigation be carried out in Patagonia by a nation such as Switzerland to establish if anything was done to Patagonias natives. Should this investigation find nothing, we shall appologise. Should evidence be found, Chile will have a lot to answer for.

And as Chile claims its innocence, it will obviously support such an investigation.

Lastly, we would like to offer a defensive alliance to Peru-Boliva in order to maintain stability and security in the region.
