1. Trade restrictions between the Qing Empire and the Tokugawa Shogunate will be relaxed. Tariffs on goods to be traded between the two nations will be set at no greater than 26%.

FYI, that title came after the Ottomans conquered the last bastion of the Roman Empire...i.e. Constantinople (known currently (in this althist that is, and IOTL) as Konstantiniyye, which is Turkish for Constantinople).

We Italians will make a counter offer to the Austrians. One we feel to be much more reasonable and fair. Austria will relinquish control of Northern Italy, including Milano, Trentino and Venezia and their surrounding areas to our control. They will recognise us the rightful Kings of Italy, and agree to not intervene in the internal affairs of Italy for a period of 20 years, this includes the dissolving of their alliance with the traitorous King of Sardinia Piedmont. The Austrian Empire will also pay reparations to the Kingdom of Italy for damages.
Through these reasonable and just terms, we hope that further bloodshed can be avoided in Italia should the Austrian interlopers accept our kind terms.

As the Emperor of the Qing has refused to apologise I would like to announce that the Ottoman Empire will be withdrawing it's envoy from the Qing conference. I would also like to announce that the Ottoman Empire recognises the Empire of Dai Nam as a fully independent state. If the Qing Emperor still refuses to apologise then further action may be considered.

We note how callously the king of the Two Sicilies rejected our offer of peace, not even stopping to consider them by one slight bit, despite our statement that many of them are negotiable. The bloodlust of the Sicilian monarch is self-evident, and therefore we will have to make it our utmost goal to dethrone him and replace him with a saner monarch. Peace shall be returned to the Italian peninsula, by force if need be. The Sicilian king has already lost, yet continues this pointless bloodshed anyways. We are...disappointed, to say the least, but by no means surprised, considering the past actions of the Sicilian monarch.
The Austrian dog would forgive us if we are unwilling to see Italy die and leave her people to be subject your whims. We seek to only have to have young Italians fight for the unification of this nation once, to save other generations from having to do it again and again. Only a year ago did the first section of the Danish Constitution, a Bill of Rights, become codified, and now, our latest reform is well under way; by year’s end, Denmark will be free from the blight of slavery! Excuse me, good Sir? Last I saw it, the Italian peninsula is being torn up due to your actions. A pointless war, covering the fields of this land in blood, all because of your bloodlust. Italy is not a nation, it is merely a geographical expression. The Italian peninsula is a diverse area filled with many different and unique peoples. The Ligurian is different from the Tuscan, the Romagnan is different from the Sicilian, and the Sardinian is different from the Roman. All are separate peoples with their own unique traditions, cultures, and languages, which define them. It is as diverse a land as the Americas.
