We are stranged about the French intervención in the melanesian question, but we hope we can have a peacefull solution, like you can see in the next two maps:

We fully agree with the Papal proposal to the conference and believe that is the most just and fair, we would be unable to agree with the French proposal as it would nearly bankrupt our nation and we can not allow that to happen. Thus here are the Italian points for the conference.
- the Kingdom of Italy, henceforth Italy, repays its debt to both my realm and the French Empire, henceforth France, by paying £35,000 each to both of our nation's.
- Italy recognizes the sovereignty of the Papacy and the Holy See and its border as limited to the City of the Vatican.
- Italy promises to protect any territory of the Holy See in the event of a foreign attack or revolution.
- All citizens within the Vatican are given free travel throughout the Italian peninsula, in returns for Italians being given free pilgrimage into the Holy City.
- Italy will withdraw all Italian troops in 3 mounts, which is when Swiss soldiers arrive to relieve them and will be the security that protects the Vatican city and the Pope.
- The Militia is to be kept disbanded.
- Italy will no longer claim the entire Melanesia region.
- Italy has a claim and a colonial mandate over colonized areas of, New Guinea, The Bismark Archipelago (now renamed to the Emmanuel Archipelago) and the Solomon Islands, no other nations are allowed to set up new colonies in these areas.
- The rest of the Melanesia region is henceforth a unclaimed region and all nations are allowed to set up new colonies in these areas.

The Kingdom of Italy with our most recent statement is interested in purchasing your colony in and on New Guinea. We believe that this would be a good deal for both of us and you will gain a lot from accepting this deal.
The terms of this are;
- The Dutch will exchange there colony on New Guinea, in exchange for this the Italian nation shall give £50,000 Italian Lira to the Dutch immediately and £5,000 every year for the next 10 year, meaning the total income for the Dutch will be £100,000.
- The Italians will give the Dutch special trading access to all Italian colonies in the East Indies
- The Italians will protect Dutch colonial possessions in the East Indies from other colonial powers.

The Austrian Empire is happy that France joined the Italian conference and chose the path of peace and diplomacy over endless war. We agree that some reparations should be given for the christian missionary murders in Korea. However we argue that France continuing to claim the entire area seems to be expansionist and goes against the aim of a just and fair peace, when Italy did concede to just taking a few lands and allowing the rest of the European Colonial Powers to colonize other areas of Micronesia. This does not mention that French legal basis of the islands should not be extrapolated to the region and Italy had colonies first in the parts of the islands it wants to claim nd thus by international law the colonies legally belong to Italy. Due to this and Austrian own colonial ambitions in Melanesia, we sadly cannot agree with the French proposal, which would limit our own empire and ask France to show it's willingness of peace with Italy by giving some concessions as Italy did earlier and mostly agree with the Italian proposal except that we would like the Bismarck Archipelago (renamed to Franz Joseph Archipelago) to show Austrian dedication to peace and in return for us dropping claims on those islands (as we see also our claims would be unenforceable and we want peace to be kept between our 2 nations).

Great Sultan Abdülaziz I of the Ottoman Empire is most confused by the earlier Persian statement.
The tensions between the peaceful Ottoman Empire and Persia has not become worse.
In fact, they have not been bad in years.
And still the Persians use the imaginary threat of the Ottoman Empire as a casus belli to conquer Khanates, such as the innocent Balochistan.
His Master Emperor desires no conflicts with Persia. But if they are to attack neighbouring nations without a good reason, his Imperal Majesty might change his mind.
