I, John Foucalt of the People's Party, formally announce that I will be running for the office of Overseer, to assure that the office is not held by someone who might try to abuse its powers. No one is more opposed to that kind of central authority than I, so by electing me to that position, we will be certain that it poses no threat to the rights of the People, and their freedom.

I also propose we move speedily to hold trials for the many prisoners and potential traitors, to be certain no more escape justice and we hold absolute belief in the loyalty of those who remain with us.

I, Nathan Armstrong, an Independent Candidate, formally announce that I will be running for the Office of Overseer. My first opponent, Congressman Foucalt, does not understand any viewpoint but his own. He will be unwilling to foster compromise between disparate groups, and his radical background shows this. Moreover, I believe that my own decisive action and organizational skills show that I will be both willing to enact any laws made by Congress, and speedy and efficient in doing so. I know that I have no real experience as an authority figre, but I shall try to follow the model set by my brother, who gave his life protecting the people of this Vault. I am committed to a strong Congress, and I am committed to leading this Vault forward, from whatever position I hold.

I also agree with Congressman Foucalt, the prisoners should be tried as soon as we have judges selected, so that justice may be served. Thank you, and may the Vault stay strong.

He needs to be tried for treason, and the actions of Congressman Fritz have proved that we can not trust someone simply because they are a congressman. Edward Mycroft support the tyrant, and his attempts to ignore and wave away theissue have revealed that he is quite likely guilty of the charges laid against him. Even if the trial must be postponed until the election is completed, he should not be allowed to run, it would be a mockery of justice and reason.

I am afraid that, without any substantive evidence being presented thus far in favor of Mr. Mycroft's innocence, and with himself publicly stating that he was in support of the Tyrant, and in fact that he accepted the position of Secundus, I would be remiss in my own duties as a Congressman to unquestioningly welcome him as opposition to the election for Overseer. I'd also like to point out that I aim to be a moderate candidate, and one that, without any major party ties, will be able to stay somewhat objective in my decisions, and not show any favoritism towards any singular party. It is my hope that my fellow Congressmen can recognize my efforts to truly serve the people, and that as a result they vote me into office.

"Congressmen and Women. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Michael Lynch, I'm a psychiatrist. Over the past few weeks I've been trying to help the people who lost friends and family during the security crack down. It only recently occurred to me that I should offer my help to the people that had initially left the vault with the Overseer. Essentially, I'd like your permission to speak with these people one on one, firstly to make sure that none are displaying symptoms of PTSD or similar anxiety disorders, as well as to help them cope with everything that has happened and prepare them for their return to society in the vault. It is entirely possible that leaving the vault for the first time in the way that they did, could cause issues. Obviously you could still have trails if you feel they are necessary, but I feel that I could also help to determine if these people genuinely were taking sides with the overseer, or simply were caught up in the confusion that gripped us all. Thank you."

Thank you, Dr. Lynch, I'm sure that we can make use of your talents, although I'll let other Congressmen weigh in on that matter before proposing any resolution myself. I think that wise heads like yours are in rare stock these days, have you talked to Dr. Arden yet? I'm sure that he and yourself could talk over a procedure for interviewing and examining these criminals, prior to any trials, although once again, that is pending comments from my fellow Congressmen. Like Dr. Lynch, I too have been attempting to help the good people of the vault. I am what you might call a, 'Judge of Character'. Indeed, I have, on occasion, helped the local authorities on floor three in some small matter where a witness or a minor suspect was thought to have hidden the truth. With my help, I have on most instances, cleared the matter, and was able to determine whether the subject was lying or not. Now, some may think of this a boast, but I believe it my duty to help council in this matter. With your permission, I would like to join Dr. Lynch in his investigations of the loyalties of the suspected. If any have any doubts of my credentials, or my ability, then they are free to inspect my document of recommendation. As I recall, they were made by a man on the police whom I helped during my time as a private investigator. That man later was promoted to assistant superintendent of the peace." With this, Che presented the congress with his document of recommendation.

Lazarus writing some kind of book, after having a phsycic dream. He starts it with:

In the beggining, the god, Halishuv, son of Vaishu, was a homeless god, in the vast darkness of the Universe which was filled with stars, dust and white matter. He could still see the brightness of the Re Obscura Stella. The greatest of all the stars, created by his father, and held together by his thoughts. Halishuv, jumped from star to star, hoping to find a place, where he could set up his project. He tried many, but they failed miserably, until he found the Sun. There he made it, the Terra Prima, that revolted around the Stella Prima. The only problem with this was, that the Terra Prima, was always hideous hot on one side, and the other side, always filled with the Ice of darkness. Therefore, Halishuv, made it to rotate, by throwing a massive rock into the side of it, making it move around the Stella Prima. He noticed however, that the planet, was silent as wind on a calm day. He therefore, blew his breath of life, upon the planet, making all sorts of life in the waters of Terra Prima. He saw, how the life was sprawling. Halishuv, saw it was good, and made it evolve further, by letting many of the races, up to the shores. he saw how they lived well, and found it good. Especially one of the races, the Homo Homo Sapiens were doing extremely well, in the case of survival. Halishuv, threw many different evils at them. But they survived them all, and build up their civilization from the craddle.

Suddenly, Halishuv heard a sound, louder than any sound he had heard before. It was his fathers, the god of gods, shout of death. He saw Re Obscure Stella collapse, and the life of his father sucked out, and thrown into the depths of the Universe. He saw thirteen demons arise from the dust of Re Obscura Stella.

Halishuv sent many a prophets to Terra Prima. But they were all in the shadows and never completed his mission.
