The Soczarist Communczaric of Manx would like to aid the CPUCAN in their quest to reunite the Government of the UCAN and to liberate the worker in this nation. If requested we would be happy to send aid, in both material and ships.
While our general stance is to only support armed struggle if a peaceful solution can be found that harms the normal soldier less, in this case i see no other way and only hope that the normal soldier on the side of the Unionist or Loyalist sees, that the CPUCAN offers him much better conditions and freedom.
Once again we also reaffirm our support for any other peaceful socialist movement in known space.
Internally, i congratulate or great engineers for the plans of this Jump gate system. Its Construction only shows the great progress our nation is making since the liberation from the Capitalist Oppression and i hope that this development will continue on in the next years.

Notification: As most of the required stats have been sent in, I will set the deadline on orders for 2557 as 20:00 (GMT+1 (Summer Time, so GMT+2)) 25th August 2012. For those who have not sent in their stats, well, you will have to do that if you are going to send in orders.

Also, I am slightly changing the rules of the game.

The whole order system will now be replaced by a reworked version. Instead of the current division of Regular Orders and War Orders, you will from now on have Regular Orders, Treaty Orders, and Warplans. Below follows a short summary.

Regular Orders
- Limit of 4 per turn
- Used for anything.
- Length limit of two lines

Treaty Orders
- Limit of 1 per turn
- Used for treaties.
- Length limit of two lines
NOTE: Regular orders can still be used to sign treaties.

Warplans
- You can issue warplans for every conflict you are in
- Must be as short and concise as possible
- Regards directing of military assets, nothing else
- Standard maximum length is four lines.

Notes: Everything else, such as diplomacy stuff and peace-time troop movements are all done in In-Thread In-Character posts.

Example Orders:
DH – Imperium of Manx, 2440

Regular Orders
- Improve infrastructure throughout the state.

- Increase stability

- Build 10 Light Ships.

- Conduct research into advanced weaponry.

Treaty Orders
- Sign the Treaty of Earth with the Earth Government

Warplans
Manx-Terran War: Use a fleet of 20 Light Ships and 10 Medium Ships to launch an attack at the Terran Ascendancy capital.

These new rules will be implemented from the next turn and forwards, though you are free to utilise them for this turn as well.

Other modifications have also been made, though these are more behind-the-scenes stuff.

EDIT: Do note that treaties with no actual "effect" are not required to be signed in orders, except with NPCs.
