Perhaps I'm just a complete idiot and am missing something obvious, but for the life of me I cannot find this anywhere. I've seen people with Vicky 2 flag avatars before, and I would love one as well, as Vicky 2 happens to be my favorite Paradox game. Are these simply not available, or what?
