Fortress Eurasia?

Alright, I'm playing a game sa germany with the new order. England has fallen, in may of 1940. Now only Moscow awaits, which will be depressingly easy.

So, I've decided to switch gears to the USA.

1) How do I switch the selectable nation to the USA?

2) How do I destroy fortress Eurasia?

I'm thinking of an attack on the periphery; an invasion of Iraq, an assault on England, and a war with Japan. I should be able to duke it out on the continent in 1945, and possibly liberate France before the game runs out.

Anyone have any ideas on what should be done?

Well, to switch the country, start a game as USA and then load your save from in the game.

As far as #2 goes, I got bored in my only US game and never got to invade. From what I hear invading France or the low countries is a bad idea because they will get their provinces back and you will end up with supply problems.

Probably the best route is the historical one - North Africa, then Italy. Who is in the Axis? An Iberian invasion might not be a bad idea.
