What rule am I missing that allowed the Austrian army in Minsk to bypass all of my forts. Am I reading this mapmode correctly? All of those dashed green provinces are zones of control which would under normal conditions prevent an army from moving through them. On my side of the forts there is no Friendly Zone of control that would allow the Austrians to bypass.

For those wondering, no the Austrians did not move through Crimea and up. They went through my forts.

There's a pass along the black sea with no fort coverage...but you're saying they went west --> east through which set of 3 provinces exactly? It should only be possible near Bessarabia in principle.
Yes, I specifically stated they did not go through the Crimea region. Just had another weird one. I have sieged Constantinople from the Ottomans. There are no other forts or zones of control in Constantinople or Edirne. Armies from Asia minor were able to walk into Filibe all the way to Bessarabia, through the hostile zone of control in Constantinople.

Biga and Kocaeli remain the only potential return provinces both of which have no possible empty route into the Balkans. There is no friendly zone of control for them to walk into, thus negating the hostile zone of control.
