I try to forming Turan - once again, this time every steps. For first step I need Syria and Lebanon from Vichy France. My strategy was: joining Axis and declaring war to Vichy France during fight the Soviets, so they join Kommintern. I tried it twice and every time Syria and Lebanon went into Free France, probably via focus, in 1942. I thought, that could be a border conflict, so I put 6 divisions into the border with Egypt, but no - this land was just taken from me peacefully 
How to avoid this? I know, that if I want to make every turanist decisions, I need to fight with Allies, but I don't want to fight with them that quickly
