So, I haven't seen it updated on the wiki (maybe it is) but if one wants to form Persia, is it a pre-requisite that it didn't already form?
I ask this because it is clear, to me anyway, that the AI isn't handling the new national unrest mechanics so well. Timi usually does split up a bit, but he just split into 8 countries plus himself in the space of less than 10 years with rebels. Naturally one of them was Persia.
So Timi imploding quickly, and what appears to be a *lot* faster than before (it's almost like I blinked and there they were [play on 5 mostly]) would seem to put a crimp in the idea of playing some tiny power to go form Prussia before Timi explodes and spews out multiple countries (I like the color scheme, incidentally, gj on that Paradox).
Any ideas, thoughts on this?
