Forming Nordic League in latest patch

So I looked at a few videos of people forming the Nordic League from prior patches, and it seemed like it was possible to do so by justifying against Norway and Denmark simultaneously and then conquering them in short order, followed by Finland after you wait for Germany to DoW on Poland so that the allies won't intervene.

The problem is, when I've tried that tactic world tension fairly quickly and easily exceeds the 25% needed to Guarantee countries, so that tactic doesn't appear to work any more.

Does anyone have experience forming the Nordic League in the latest patch, and if so, how did you do it??

Why so? I suppose you're playing Sweden. Why as Sweden you'd care about guarantees by a UK or a USA and the likes? These are no stops whatsoever.

If anything, it simply delays it a bit. Pics above delay it substantially, that's true, but then again it's far from just democracies popping up on my way. If you limit your war to just a couple of majors, forming Nordic League is only limited by the speed you can land in Greenland.
