So I know you can form nations by having cores, tech level ten and then taking a decision. However, what I was hoping was that you could form nations in other ways rather than just having cores. For example, Scotland and England both signed themselves out of existence to form Great Britain in 1706 (act took effect in 1707). So that could be implemented by being able to form GBR if you have a personal union, high relations and tech level 10 or whatever. I'm excepting to have a tailor-made for of union for every formable nation obviously. Just a bit more variety than 4 cores and a click.

I'd hope you can form some fictional nations too, like the Empire of Hispania in CK2.
