Forming Germany/Claims

So it is my first game in which I formed Germany. After forming you get claims on the german provinces. However the claims do not disappear, when they are supposed to.
Lets say end of claim is 1.10.1600, when I finally hit the date the claim changes to 1.11.1600 and so on.
Im not complaining, just curious if this is WAD (which does make sense) or if it is a bug.

When you get out of the game and launch it again, you will notice messages after you start time that your claims are gone. I had it with my current Bahmanis->Hindustan game.
