Also, I believe there is a fantasy option in AGCEEP for a resurgent Granada, though you may not get to change name as such.

I don't think there is one at all, you'd just have to create a country called that, with e.g. some U25 tag...

In AGCEEP, Granada becomes Al-Andalus with specific scenario. This is only a CoA/flag change and tag remains the same (GRA).
