Slowly working on vanilla plus again, this time using my backup laptop, top tier trash it barely works.

Wrote a bunch of events for existing HRE tags that can't be formed any other way, some of them might - not sure. Conditions are simple, gotta get at least 3 provinces, in most cases you get 3 claims anyway. See map below:
You also get 1 bonus claim and extra (?) elector vote if good relations with emperor but I'm not sure how and if it works.
Are there any more tags that need formable events? I'll have a look through later today.
I think events are ok but if you could double-check and test I'd appreciate. Again, game runs so badly here reloading and restarting is a nightmarish process.
