I believe there should be several more formable countries in the game, considering formable countries just gives players a bigger goal to strife for if they aren't doing achievements.

I won't post all of my ideas at once, but I will continually update this post as I find more plausible(either already fallen countries, or slightly ahistorical ones which could plausibly have existed) through research.

PS. For now this post shall contain basic information. For things like NI's, I would have to do more in depth research.

1. Great Mongol State: This will basically be when one of the hordes reforms the fabled Mongol Empire, the second largest Empire in history, and the largest contiguous Empire in history.

Requirements:
  1. Primary culture: Can be either Tartar, Altaic, Manchu(not the main Chinese culture itself), Oghuz
  2. Province/Core Requirements: Okay, honestly, since they were so huge, I want to know if you guys have any ideas how many provinces they should require, and which cores they should require.
  3. Tech Requirement: 15 military technology.
Effects:
  1. Country changes to Great Mongol State/Mongol Empire
  2. Government form changes to either Elective Monarchy(considering that was their type of monarchy) or a government form literally named Steppe Empire. The Steppe Empire would grant you +10% Morale of Armies, +10% Cavalry Combat Ability, +15% Land Forcelimit Modifier.
  3. Prestige +10
Traditions:
  1. No extra cost for reinforcing armies
  2. -5% Land maintenance modifier
Ambitions:
  1. +5% Discipline
National Ideas: Well, no idea yet.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Later after I finish playing EU4 I will post some more formable nation ideas. If you have any ideas of your own, I will add them to this post if I like them, so they are easier to find instead of everyone having to scroll through the entire thread

Kingdom of Westphalia was formed by Napoleon as a puppet state. It's hust weird that as some Germans you can form it out of your own.

Sure, but the fact that it was created by Napoleon doesn't necessarily mean it made no sense for the Germans of that region to be united within such borders. We have Westphalian culture in the game and without this tag, imho sth would be missing for the player who managed to unite all the Westphalian provinces.

Duchy of Warsaw doesn't have that appeal as its not representative of the Polish culture and indeed was nothing more than a Napoleonic puppet (though Poles hoped it'd be a prelude to the restoration of the Polish Kingdom), same goes for Etruria (there's no Etrurian culture in the game).

Restoring the Mongol Empire is more plausible than a large chunk of that list. It's something the horde rulers actually wanted to do even, rather than anachronistic stuff or other "reconstructions".

Yeah... Great state based on Khan Authority and existing only strong-arm ruler is more plausible than restauration of France or Persia; form Russia or Great Brittan etc.

Do you even have any idea about Genghis-Chan, the history of Asia, the turanian civilization or national factors?

Not really weird for people that really come from Westphalia.
But all in all the Westphalian culture in EU4 is an abomination.........
The provinces of Westfalen/Paderborn/Münster/Meppen/Osnabrück are most certainly Westphalian in culture but the people of Hannover and all of the north never identified themselve as Westphalian always Lower Saxon.

I really like formable nations
How about Francia/Kingdom of the Franks (basically own all of France and HRE and be either German or French), Old Saxony (North/North west Germany) or Israel (the same as Jerusalem, but have to be Jewish)
The Franks settled around the low countries so basically the netherlands?

I said a large chunk, not all of them. This isn't a barn, we don't need the straw, or the ad hominems for that matter. If you come up with something that is more in line with an actual presentation of a coherent post addressing the topic, I'll be happy to discuss it.

I think that the country that is now called Mongols perfectly serves the purpose; the only thing we need is some decision that gives a nice bonus (besides the opportunity to play a Tengri Mongolia), if you united the old Mongol lands

Good bye "great mongolia state". This is not XX century. Go to HoI4.

How is this relevant to either the topic or what I said? Are you refuting that, say, Golden Horde or Oirat would have wanted to reconquer the old Mongol Empire if they had the ability? In an era where claiming to be descended from Genghis Khan was an in-vogue pissing match?

It's no less absurd then someone "forming Byzantium" or Germany, or any other out-of-period nation either pre or post 1444. Obviously it shouldn't be a culture union, but maybe new ideas/government type.

Yup - Golden Horde and any post-mongolian khanate or state was not interested in the reconstruction of the Great Mongolia. Genghis Khan left in his will of mission for Mongols - conquest of the world. Successors of the Great Khan, however, did not want neither a common state or implementation of the Temujin idea. Golden Horde, Yuan Dynasty, Ilkhanat, Chagatai and all continuators Temujin did not make any steps to unite. All made own expansion (eg. Timurids in India) or war for dynastic glory or endless succession war. Idea of the Great Mongolia completely collapsed, was forgotten and was reborn when ideology of nationalism (in modern west european model) reached Asia.

Byzantium was restored after the fourth crusade. So the Byzantinism was still alive idea. Is not absurd.

When the war 30 years the unity of the Holy Roman Empire collapsed. Germany Protestant Germans wanted unification without the HRE and the Habsburg. And this was a idea to create. August II der Starke wanted use the PLC to the unification of Germany eg.

Did not want, cannot do, could not do and not do.

Your second question is incomprehensible.

That's odd, because the only thing you stated that *isn't* hindsight bias while not comprehending it is the "did not want", which can still fall in that realm (maybe in a different scenario someone would have wanted to do it). Yuan and hordeRussia are legit alternatives though, in the latter case maybe they just form Russia and get a free government reform into Muslim tech, kind of like how Qing works, to reflect the effects that hordes consistently had when conquering into settled populations and ruling them (Qing sort of, Mughals, Timurids which were *not* "horde" in 1444).
