form Italy And or OR?

Hello,

Looking on internet i found both statement to form Italy
1. Have core on Ancona OR Rome OR Florence OR Siena
2. Have core on Ancona AND Rome AND Florence AND Siena

which one is correct?

This is quite unistorical since Italian unfication could only been started from nord (e.g. Savoy) or sud (e.g. Borbones-Napols); Rome was the very last bit of Italy taken
Italy was created officaly on March 1861, Rome was anexxed to Italy only on October 22 1866.

To form Italy one must have cores in Lombardia (104) AND Firenze (116) AND Siena(117) AND Roma (118) AND Ancona (119).

What a pity I found this information after got near my max BB point conquering already half of Italy, but not Rome and Lombardia.
Will I have the unification mission as soon as I get core on that no matter the earlier year?
However it is possible to mod the requirement ad remove Rome? This really screw the whole “Risorgimento”
