Form Hispania

Hello,

Was playing as leon with the goal of united all of iberia and forming Hispania as it shows dejure empires. But after conquering all the kingdoms (aragon,navarra,portugal,leon,castille) I dont have the option to form Hispania?
Is it possible? if not what mod can I get to form empires.

When you say 'don't have the option', do you mean you can't find the option (check one of the kingdom titles, hit the de jure checkbox, and click on the Espana title to get to it), or that it's disabled (hover over the Create button to see a tooltip of why it's disabled)?
