Why isn't Hindustan the blue that Hindu is in the religion mapmode? That would be pretty to see and make more sense.

IIRC Hindustan is Union of that NW indian culture group (which stayed under muslim rule and in gets converted faster) and I think I read it was supposed to be muslim idea (not sure through).

Hindustan is cultural union of the culture group forming it. It doesn't need to be NW India group. It cab be south etc.
