How to make a country change its official religion? I know I can force it through peace agreement for heretics, but I'm interested in infidels. I played until recently base EUIII with no expansion, and I could do it using fanatic rebels, if they occupied the country capital long enough if I remember correctly. Now, I've switched to EUIII complete, but I just fail to do the same. As Monomotapas, I had Swahili's capital joining me after more than a year of occupation by the rebels. That's nice, but I want them to be animist really... I could also annex and release, but I would rather not, because I wouldn't control which province they get, and it involves a lot of infamy for a similar result, with all the trouble involved. Yet, it should be doable, since once, when exploring Africa, I found out that all of Western nations were animist.
Any ideas?
