So I was just playing as Denmark and have just finished off integrating Holstein but when I do my Land Force Limit decreased from 10 to 9, and my naval increased from 10 to 12.
I'm using the join HRE method using Holstein to lose the provinces needed, before I sold the provinces LandFL was 15 and NavyFL was 20.
Why have I lost so much of my Force Limits? Is this a new feature or a bug? I haven't had this problem integrating vassals on other files.
Any help will be appreciated :)

Holstein provides 50% of their force limits to you, but Diplomatic Integration leaves their provinces at 75% autonomy, hence the initial drop.
