Forbes' Western Bar and Grill
The glass doors labelled with golden F's lead the way into a well-adorned restaurant, with numerous battles depicted along the walls. Its motto is: "In Illinois, we slaughter cattle right". On the wall behind the bar hangs an American Marine uniform, with many medals on it, as well as a picture of a Marine unit. The caption below both reads "Uniform and Unit of Colonel Roger Forbes".
While the menu is still being constructed, the restaurant has been opened and the basis of the cuisine is American food, especially burgers, steaks, and ribs.

1. Sirloin Steak, brazed in Forbes' special sauce
8, 12, or 16 oz.
2. Veal
guaranteed to have come from the loneliest, tiniest calf possible
3. The "Matador" Steak
64 oz. massive hunk of cow stomach, only for those with real American stomachs; prove yourself worthy and Colonel Forbes will present you with a Medal of Hunger
4. Bear Ribs
Colonel Forbes discovered this delicacy himself while returning from a counter-terrorist operation in Alaska. His plane went down and in order to survive he wrestled a bear to the ground with his hands, ripped out its ribs, ate the meat off of them, and returned them to the unharmed bear's thoracic cavity. Today the bear lives on Forbes' ranch.
