I've seen this issue on the forum a few times and this happened to me as well, so for those who just pre-ordered but do not see the forum contents:
Log-out of Paradox and relogin.
If that does not work and you have linked Steam to your Paradox accounts (Like for me):
Press disconnect on your steam page, then when it takes you to Paradox asking for activating and redeeming keys, press accept again.
