Just to clarify: can any nation place partisans behind enemy lines, not just GiEs on their conquered home soil? Say, German partisans/commandos emerging behind enemy lines and securing key positions before the panzers gets there.
you can place partisans in friendly occupied territory. so for example germany wouldnt be able to drop them in occupied poland, but the british would (and polish GiE)
1. What happens to the old rebel system is it removed or is this new one just an addition?
2. What about annexed countries is there no changes there? (depending on the answer to the first question)
3. Will the occupation laws make it harder/easier for the resistance to make units?
We are scaling back the old system and replacing the actual partisan rebels and occupation policies will affect how quick the partisans organize (and maybe how easy they are to root out).
