I really hope you don't accept it is nice money but no where near as valuable as getting some provinces off of England. I'm sure you think the same so look forward to the continuation of this interesting war.

I agree, Wales is much more valueable than 400 ducats, especially if it still has Celtic Culture.
The alternative would be to accept the 400 ducats and use them to fund army with which to conquer of all Ireland while you have a ceasefire with the English.

I think you should have enough warscore for land - especially if you can make peace before Anglia falls. Remember, click your shield at the top of the peace window, so you can screw over Portugal and make a separate peace. Sad break for the Portuguese, but they probably have -20% or so warscore that would go against you.

I second Brian Roastbeef: What would you do with the money to make it worthwhile? Provinces are better. Ideally, you would take whatever produces those pretty shines in the peace deal.

400 ducats...what a joke. With your inflation 400 is like 50 ;+) Grab some land instead. Lincoln is priority then Wales. Midland would be nice addition ;+) If you decide to take land You will make big step forward on your way to become GB with capital in Edinburgh (and You don't have other way now).

Well, I would definitely not accept the peace offer. The English are on their last legs--if you managed to deal them one last defeat and break the siege of London, I think they'd have to be willing to give up some land.
