IE for instanceif i am playing Ardabil, whether or not i form Persia, I shouldnt Get a Timurid on my throne if i die without an heir....
and I think it especially shouldn't happen in the Case of Religious Theocracy...
I doubt a Persia or Ardabil having a Zeno-Religious-Nationalistic Government Which you have made Persia and Ardabil out to be, would be accepting AT ALL of a foriegner Dynasty getting on their throne... Especially one related to The Timurids, the Mongols or the Qara, or any other Tribal culture most likely, heck i doubt they'd accept one related to Mohammed if it was from the Sunni Branch of the Family.
In general the way you have had Muslims work in ck 2 supports the idea of in house dynasties being more acceptable to the country that Someone's Wive's/mother's cousins. I don't know that there is even a historical basis outside of Christianity for Someone inheriting a country into their dynasty for that....
Also if i am playing a Safarvid of Ardabil or anywhere else i am not going to want to have the Timurid family on my throne.
(i was playing ardabil to get the Shahansha achievement... i got it then lost the dynasty to the Timurids (and worst was he's (the timurid ruler) the best ruler I had... 5,4,5 or something... and the Ardabil Safarvids were all HORRID admin people... i still hadn't gotten my 3rd adm tech by that point... at close to 1500 (and i took Admin and couldn't actually pull an admin idea out(i also got LOTS of adm draining events and expanded very aggressively but i don't think there was once they were over 2 adm)).
I don't know if i should put this in suggestions, but this being said, i still don't think any Persia would accept a Timurid on their Throne, after having fought to liberate themselves from one, even if the Emperor was married to that extensive family
