Hello

is there a hidden condition to this achievement? I've had 5000 students with a positive balance for a few academic years now, but it won't unlock. I'm using mods, but also an achievement enabler, and I got another achievement yesterday, so I know they work.

This has been the situation for a few years now:

Any help is appreciated, cause it is driving me bonkers. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong

To get the achievement, the entire cost must be covered by tuition, so check what policies you have active. Maybe one of them is the cause?

I see "Education Boost", which increases the education budget, I don't know if that pays some of the costs or not? Look and see if there are any others active that could be preventing the achievement.

i Turned all the policies off and it popped immediately. thank you. Really weird, or just really bad description. I had 5000 students, and I was making a profit with tuition fees, so I assumed that was sufficient.
