I myself spent a while to figure out what it took to get all the core gameplay dlc on CKII and even finding what is what is difficult as the DLC mounts on steam it does'nt really allow easy way to discern what is necessary and what is a nice to have. As the way steam is currently organized on the store i suggest that Paradox makes new bundles that they update regularly Such as the EU4 Core DLC bundle which would hold the Expansions such as Art of War, Res Publica, and so on. Then you could have one for cosmetics and one for music. even if the user ends up not buying the bundle they can still easily find what they want. Just tonight i helped someone on the steam forums figure out the EU4 DLC and what each item contained and its gameplay impact.

If It takes the dedicated a while to figure out the DLC then the new to paradox buyer on a may just give up after being overwhelmed and you lose out on a potential long term customer.
