90% of my game play as ME, love them but they got iritating problem with assigned work, this take alot of nerves. Start play now Organic Fanatic Xeno + pacifist, inward + agrarian and rapid grow trait. Most of my neighbors (3x AI) got on green (friendly) with assignet non agression, research but offert them only food (1k food and 60+ trade acceptable) for free. Now they are Inferior with science (all on map) and equivalent/inferior in rest before 2280, 6 planet, 1 ecumenopolis (or how they call this) + capital and grow is insane. My food inc it's insane and offert everyone food as free gift, almost all AI love me 
I hate military fight so almost all game i play as "pacifist" and looking some nice organic build for this type of game. I play as Megacorp too but they are too easy. Playing as Inward i cannot use federation etc.
