Where can i turn them on? I have actually not thought about it but saw a dev video and in a skirmish there were numbers coming up from both sides for their casualties.

Are they part of particles? I thought I'd turned them off at one point but forgot where the option was.
Ok, after trial and error i found out that its "bloom" under options. Now that is arbitrary if nothing else.
