Flickering Visuals

I didn't have any issues including any crashes or funny visuals. But after I downloaded common used mods from Steam Workshop I'm experiencing flickering issues in a close up view. Tried disabling mods and unless I disable all and close the game then re-enter, the issue doesn't get fixed. Should I wait for the mods update themselves or what?

Last downloaded mods:

- Upgrade roads
- Despawn mod
- Proper hardness

Updated mods since last use

- Traffic path tool
- First person view
