There's really only one thing I want to know about EU II.

The single most important feature that needs adding...

Will alliances be flexible?

I e: Will you as Sweden be able to enter the 30-years war without allies, and later join Saxony and Brandenburg to your alliance, having them enter the same war?

This is one of those features with which the game will stand or fall in my not so humble oppinion.

Anyone?

I'm desperate! :)

Well, not stand or fall... But you definitely have a point here. IMO you should be able to bribe a country which you are unallied with to start a war against one opponent you are warring with, without forming an alliance.

E g Russia is at war with Sweden. No allies. Russia bribes the Danish to DOW Sweden. Denmark and Russia are still unallied.

In the screenshot with the history ledger (wk 34) the Order joins in an excisting war between England, Milan and Scotland, so what you suggest could be possible...

Hurrah. The ability to make countries join existing wars is a major strategic possibility (well the lack of it is quite a nuisance).
