Really hope some sort of Fleet Designer or Fleet Template tool is introduced soon. Late game if you take any significant fleet loses it's so cumbersome to rebuilt your Fleet.

I second this completely. Designate fleet priority to have a "seed" fleet to fill the losses of active fleets.
