So, here's the situation. I am emperor of Britannia, and I also hold the kingdom titles of Galicia, Leon, Castille and Sicily. Every 10 or 20 years my vassals tend to want to become independent, the fools. Almost every duke in non-de jure Britannia joins the independence faction and they present me their ultimatum.
And I let them become independent.
Immediately afterward, I offer all of them vassalization, and they all accept. No-one ever refuses. Moreover, afterwards they all have a +50 opinion modifier for being granted "independence"
I also control the duchy of Badajoz which isn't de jure part of my kingdoms, and they have no problem whatsoever accepting me as their liege either. Their counties have actually changed culture, I think it has something to do with this.
I'm pretty sure this was not intended, but still it's convenient not to have to deal with a realm-crippling war every decade or so.
Thoughts on whether this should stay or whether this needs to be altered/tweaked?
