I was originally going to put this into the "next dlc predictions" thread. I figured I might aswell make it an official suggestion as it sounds quite cool.

My idea is that a flavor pack could also focus on a larger region / flavor-theme. In this case the staple european medieval fantasy of "fairs and tourneys". The major features would ofcourse be the "fairs and tourneys" I just mentioned. Other important themes of the flavor pack are "Gallantry", "Banditry", "Marriage" and "Women". Other features would include:

Main features:
1.Fairs: hosted in cities, giving mostly economic and development related bonusses. Also a way to find capable courtiers. Ofcourse with various events supporting it.
2.Tourneys: Would replace the 'find knights' decision for DLC-owners. Main way of acquiring new knights and finding capable suitors for your daughters.
3.Horse and horse armor artifacts: Mostly used in the fair (prestige/renown increase) and tourney (participation) mechanics, select military uses.
4.Banditry: new events and mechanics involving bandits in your country. You can hunt these down at the cost of gold or levies or you can let it spiral out of control. Events may tie into the fair, tourney and wedding mechanics.
5.Hire bandits: Option to hire bandits to harras your enemies (military) or to do your dirty work for you (intrigue), but at what expense?

Minor features:
1.Hold wedding decision and events. The decision ties into the fair and tourney mechanics.
2.Bethrotal event set. Events may tie into the fair and tourney mechanics.
3.Holiday event set, events centered around both western and eastern European medieval holidays tying into the fair and tourney mechanics. Also includes a select set of one-time-decisions where appropiate.
4.Lady-in-waiting court position(s) which lets you create female retinues around your female children and wife. Ofcourse accompanied with events.
5.New events for both the "hunt" and "feast" decisions tying into the themes of "fairs and tourneys".
6.A graphic set similar in size to the Northern Lord one, this time centered around wealthy looking clothes and clothes one would wear outside of a castle.
7.10 minutes of music tying into the themes of "fairs and tourneys"
8.Southern-european court room (For owners of this dlc and royal court)

Free patch:
Crowning ceremonies (as in CK II)
Events related to child birth (as in CK II)

I think an event like this that just adds medieval flavor is just what this game needs at this point.
