Flanders

I am playing EEP as England and just took Flandern from France hoping to create Flanders as a vassal. No dice. Any thoughts?

Hi,
Flanders only starts being a revolter from 1492 onwards.
If you want to release it as a vassal before 1492 you'll have to edit the revolt.txt in your EEP folder.
Just search for the FLA tag and change the startdate from 1492 to 1419

Also i believe you can't form Flanders if Burgandy still exists.

Flanders can revolt from 1419 onward with Burgundy existing in my Additional Revolters for the EEP.
