Well we do not have any extra generals or officers for the moment that can be used so until then those army tech teams can be used for developing land tech. Army’s for being used as tech teams have been used many times for minor and other puppet nations.

As for the legion word, the fare right have all over used the word “Legion” for groups and military regardless of being a French word or that its in fact a legion at all. We can however call the tech team army of Wallonia and army of Flanders instead.

Well it makes sense that the Armies of Wallonia and Flanders would each have tech teams for developing land doctrines. Here's image you might like better to use for the Wallonia Army Tech Team. I could not find image of Captain-Commandant Georges Jacobs, the retired Belgian colonial officer who first commanded Wallonische Legion, or his replacement.


BTW, the "Army of Wallonia" only ever was brigade strength... but AoD has Wallonia constructing numerous divisions. How wonderful for the player of Germany doing world conquest! :D
