What is the hard way? I dont want to post 50 flags to forums .

1) They won't mind.
2) If you search through the many pages of that forum you will:
A) Probably find the flags you are looking for (unless they are totally fictional)
B) Find a description of how other modders create new flags.

1) Get Adobe Photoshop.
2) Get the EZFlagmaker (from the Victoria forum)
3) Read the instructions in the readme.
4) Practice.
5) Enjoy.
